Pro Bono Counseling is currently conducting a search for a long-term Executive Director.
The Executive Director position has been staffed for the past several months with an interim placement, and we are now moving forward with the process to hire into the role permanently. The Executive Director will be a core member of our team who will lead and implement long-term strategy for the organization. To ensure that we reach the most talented and most qualified candidates, we are considering both internal and external applicants. We believe that this equitable and transparent approach to the search will result in finding a strong Executive Director to lead Pro Bono Counseling into the future. We have partnered with Endeavor TBD, who will be overseeing this search.

Established in 1991, Pro Bono Counseling is a non-profit organization that provides access to mental health counseling to Marylanders with limited resources through a network of 900 licensed, volunteer mental health providers. Every year over 2,000 Marylanders receive over 12,000 hours of free professional counseling from PBC volunteers.
