Overview: This webinar will review the legal and ethical considerations for Teletherapy during the COVID-19 pandemic and will include a focus on what practitioners should be aware of and should consider regarding client confidentiality when doing Teletherapy. Will also discuss elements to include in any Teletherapy Informed Consent.
Learning Objectives:
- Review current ethical rules and regulations regarding teletherapy.
- Analyze limits to confidentiality and ways to maintain confidential interactions with consumers.
- Discuss Best Practices for Teletherapy and what are things that should be in your Teletherapy Consent Form
