Featured Presenters: Daniel Mayer, Esq., and Melissa Wesner, LCPC
Session Description: This past year has challenged clinicians to evaluate their practice, policies and procedures while ensuring not only client safety, but also their own safety. Join us as we explore the important legal and ethical considerations for you and your practice regarding COVID-19 policies, procedures and vaccinations. During this lunch hour, Dan Mayer, PBCP board member and counsel, and Melissa Wesner, the owner of LifeSpring Counseling, a group practice in the area, will address these important issues. We will also have a question-and-answer session with them. We are currently soliciting questions for Dan and Melissa, and if time permits, they will take additional questions during the program.
