Grief and loss do not occur in a bubble, but many clients/victims have strong expectations and each other to get support within the grief process. Through the use of anecdotes, research and data, participants will learn more about why this occurs and how we (Grief Professionals) can support and empower them on their journey.

Also, the importance and healing potential of offering Victim Offender Dialogue for homicide and other serious cases will be presented and the impact it can have on victims, offenders, supporters, correctional officers, and others.
